Charmed, i'm Sure.
I got inspired by my pal MuertaVida's charm bracelets, and since I somehow have a ridiculous amount of shrinky-dinks and beads around (whyyyy does that somehow sound dirty....?), I decided to try my hand at creating a cha-cha bracelet of my own. Which I will never wear, but still. This one features individual characters from my "Nine Divas" illustrations.
There's a glass birdie and a silver fish in there somewhere.
You can see Athena peeking out, with an owl in her hand.
And this one has a hipster girl, and a plastic owl, and a big fat ORANGE pearl, yum.
I dunno if i'll make more of these, these sorts of projects are a little tedious for my taste. Plus I don't want to piss off the bracelet queen of southern california.... but maybe i'll stick this on the Etsy anyways.

it's great! i love love love all the bright colors.
i love it. and i love muerta's too. makes me wish i could stand to wear bracelets on my freakishly small wrists.
@lilms_sassy - I have the same problem. I wear three silver balinese cuffs on my right wrist, and that's only because they're unobtrusive. All that beady dangly shit? Super fun & pretty, but also very crazymaking since i need to use my hands all the time : )
dude awesome. (i dig the chick in the very foreground of the bottom photo, with the flame.) but like i told kim, i don't wear bracelets because i knock enough shit over without having something dangling off my arm, bahaa.
@CrapeDiem - Yeah, she's pretty badass; she's a volcano goddess. My inner beavis goes "Yeah, heh, fire, FIRE!" whenever i see it, hahaha.
ah, so I'm not alone.
I told MistressMuerta that I'd be more likely to wear the bracelet I ordered hanging off a belt or accenting a bag than anywhere near my own hyperactive yet freakishly weak wrists. One cuff is usually all I can handle. I love the divas, tho' and the idea of light pouring through them...what about hanging them in front of windows?
miniature 2D mobiles?
and this: My inner beavis....totally made me snort my coffee. Cool.
